Job summary

Splat Media in New Delhi seeks an experienced Experience Designer (Spatial & Experiential) to craft brand experiences for product launches, mall activations, trade-show booths, pop-ups and immersive installations.

You’ll take projects from ideation to fabrication and on-site setup, delivering concepts with moodboards, 3D visuals, and technical drawings for fabrication teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Exhibition, Spatial, Interior or Set Design or related field.
• 2–5 years in experiential, events, exhibition, retail design or brand activation.
• Portfolio of built projects from concept and renders to final result.
• Strong understanding of materials, fabrication, lighting and construction.
• Awareness of safety, venue rules and accessibility.
• Willingness to travel to venues and workshops; tight timelines and late nights.
• Knowledge of museum and gallery design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn client briefs into experiential concepts with moodboards, sketches and a visitor journey.
• Design layouts, zoning and flow for events, stages, booths, pop-ups and exhibitions.
• Create 3D models and renders that sell ideas and guide production.
• Produce technical drawings for fabricators to build from.
• Bring brands to life through signage, wayfinding, graphics and set pieces.
• Plan photo moments, interactive zones, AV, lighting and projection.
• Choose materials fitting budget, timeline, safety rules and sustainability goals.
• Work with fabricators and supervise on-site setups.
• Present concepts to clients alongside account, production and creative teams.

We’re hiring: Experience Designer (Spatial & Experiential) at Splat Media

Do you think in space, light, material and movement? Do you get a thrill seeing a sketch become a real, buildable space that people walk through and remember?

We’re looking for an Experience Designer to create brand experiences in the real world, including product launch stages, mall activations, trade-show booths, pop-up stores and immersive installations. You’ll take projects all the way from the first idea to fabrication and on-site setup.

What we’re looking for

• A degree or diploma in Exhibition, Spatial, Interior or Set Design, Architecture or a related field (or an equally strong portfolio)
• 2–5 years at an experiential, events, exhibition, retail design or brand activation agency
• A portfolio of built projects, from concept and renders to the final result
• A solid understanding of materials, fabrication, lighting and construction
• Awareness of safety, venue rules and accessibility
• Comfort with tight timelines, late nights, weekend setups and travel to venues and workshops
• Knowledge of museum and gallery design (exhibit layouts, display systems, visitor flow) is a plus
