Responsible for all warehouse functions of Inward, Putaway, Picking, Outbound and Inventory of Mondelez DC.
Unload all SKUs batchwise and ensure timely GR and Putaway.
Ensure accurate batch-wise FIFO/FEFO picking and dispatches.
Plan required manpower in line with volume fluctuations.
Handle over 30 staff independently with teamwork.
Maintain stock accuracy and batch accuracy.
Analyze and close all inventory-related issues in a timely manner.
Ensure good hygiene in cold and dry storage areas.
Provide timely redressal of customer/depot queries.
Collect all PODs regularly and ensure ACCs collection of the previous month before the 10th of the current month.
Do not compromise on safety of employees and premises.
Escalate non-compliance issues to Management promptly.
Handle Goods in Transit (GIT) for timely GRN at stores and RDs.
Analyze Stores and RDs complaints and solve within defined timelines.
Manage stock transfers from location to location (DC to DC) based on need.
Finalize zones/locations in coordination with customers.
Manage regional P & L.
Ensure zero debits from customers.
Avoid productivity loss in Ops to sustain margins.
