Job summary

Apotex invites applications for a senior role in Storage and Dispensing of Packaging Materials in Bengaluru, India. The incumbent will supervise GMP-compliant warehouse activities, ensure accurate documentation in SAP/ASRS, and uphold safety and housekeeping standards in a fast-paced production environment.

The candidate should have MBA and 16+ years of GMP regulatory experience, with strong MS Office, SAP, and ASRS skills. Flexibility to work and collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise PM sampling activities as per plan and arrange materials.
• Dispense packaging materials per LVMP production plan and SOPs.
• Ensure storage of packaging materials per cGMP.
• Maintain online documentation for LVMP packaging warehouse daily.
• Perform cycle counts and update stock in SAP.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in the workplace.
• Oversee cleaning in area/equipment and log updates online.
• Manage in/out of materials in ASRS – WMS system.
• Calibrate roll label counting machine as SOP.
• Monitor temperature and humidity in the area.
• Perform daily and fortnightly weighing balance calibration.
• Maintain online documentation for warehouse activities daily.
• Collaborate as a team to meet outcomes.

• Stay updated on cGMP and regulatory guidelines.

Storage and Dispensing of Packaging Materials.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise the PM sampling activities at LVMP as per the plan and arrange the material for Sampling.
• Dispensing of Packaging materials as per LVMP production plan as per standard operating procedure.
• Ensure the storage of packaging materials as per cGMP.
• Ensure the online documentation related to LVMP packaging material warehouse on daily basis.
• Phisical stock verification (Cycle counting) and update the stock in SAP.
• Maintain safety and good housekeeping practices at work place.
• Ensure the cleaning activities in working area / equipment and updated the logbboks online.
• Store in and Store out of materials in ASRS – WMS system.
• Calibration of Roll Label Counting Machine as per standard operating procedure.
• Daily monitoring and recording of Temperature / relative humidity in working area.
• Performing calibration activity of weighing balance (daily and Fortnightly).
• To maintain the online documentation related to Warehouse activities on daily basis.
• Works in a safe mannar collaborating as a team member to achive all outcomes.
