Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions in Navi Mumbai invites applications for an Executive - Store. The role manages end-to-end store operations, including receiving, storing and dispensing materials as per SOP and cgMP guidelines, and coordinating with QC for sampling and retesting.

You will prepare GRNs, quarantine labels and stock registers, maintain daily records (area cleaning, temperature/RH, balance verification) and ensure safe material handling while coordinating with staff for smooth store

Qualifications

• End-to-end store operations per SOP and cgMP guidelines.
• Prepare GRNs, quarantine labels and stock register entries.
• Coordinate with QC for sampling and retesting.
• Maintain daily records such as area cleaning, temperature/RH and balance verification.
• QMS documentation related Change Controls, Deviations, CAPA and OOS.

Responsibilities

• Receiving of materials & checklist validation per SOP.
• Storing materials per storage condition at designated place.
• Inward entry & GRN preparation and submission to QC for sampling & analysis.
• Preparing quarantine labels & attaching to containers.
• Updating stock register with receipt and issuance entries.
• Updating daily records including area cleaning.
• Temp & RH, balance verification.
• Dispensing materials to production as per requisition and updating stock register.
• Handling & movement of materials in stores with safety compliance.
• Preparing list of raw materials due for retesting and sending retest sample notes to QC.
• QMS documentation related Change Controls, Deviations, CAPA and OOS.
• Maintaining store activities with SOPs compliant with cgMP and safety.
• Coordinating with staff and workers for smooth store operations.

Job Description

The Executive – Stores is responsible for managing end-to-end store operations, including receiving, storing, and dispensing materials as per SOP and cGMP guidelines. The role involves preparing GRNs, quarantine labels, and stock register entries, coordinating with QC for sampling and retesting, and maintaining daily records such as area cleaning, temperature/RH, and balance verification. The Executive also handles QMS documentation (Change Control, Deviation, CAPA, OOS) and ensures safe material handling while coordinating with staff for smooth store functioning.

Job Responsibilities

• Receiving of materials & filling the checklist of received materials as per SOP
• Storing the materials as per their storage condition at designated place
• Taking Inward entry &
• Preparing GRN of received materials & sending it to QC Dept. for sampling & analysis.
• Preparing quarantine label & getting it pasted to each container by the worker
• Updating stock register with the receipt and issuance entry
• Updating daily records like area cleaning.
• Temp & Rh, balance verification
• Dispensing
• Issuing of materials to production as per the requisition and updating the stock register with the receipt entry
• Handling & movement of materials in stores with compliance to safety norms
• Preparing list of raw materials due for retesting and sending retest sample note to QC
• QMS documentation related Change Controls. Deviations. CAPA and OOS etc
• Maintaining the stores activities with related documentation involved as per the SOPs in compliance with cGMP and Safety awareness
• Coordinating with staff and worker for smooth functioning of the activities
