This role requires coordination with contractors and internal teams to align with project goals and regulatory standards. The candidate should have 3-5 years of civil project management experience in the power/energy sector, with proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil engineering from a recognized university.
• 3-5 years progressive experience in civil engineering project management within Power/Energy.
• Knowledge of national/international construction codes and standards applicable to power/energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Site Management: Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring safety protocols, construction methods, and environmental standards are strictly followed in alignment with Adani’s safety-first culture.


• Technical Supervision: Review and approve civil engineering drawings, designs, and specifications, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and industry best practices.


• Vendor and Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure material procurement, resource allocation, and work execution are aligned with project requirements.


• Quality Assurance & Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections to ensure all civil works meet the highest standards of quality and durability.


• Cost Management: Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and monitor expenditures to optimize resource utilization without compromising quality or timelines.


• Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to civil construction activities and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progression.
