• Ensure sales strategy implementation, RFQ, BOM, sourcing and pricing.
• Ensure P & L portfolio management.
• Ensure influential negotiation skills.
• Identify training needs for subordinates, perform employee competency study and training effectiveness evaluation study.
• Ensure sales presentation planning.
• Ensure target market data research.
• Ensure prospecting & retention.
• Prepare and maintain QMS related documents and records for the department.
