Roles and Responsibilities

• To conduct FTO and novelty searches on various databases for Biosimilar / various Formulations and API
• To search on various country patent databases to retrieve equivalent patent information, legal status etc., in different geographies
• To prepare patent landscapes, analyze the patent content to summarize their claims and specification.
• Patent analysis: i) to check novelty ii) FTO analysis iii) due diligence reports for different geographies
• To retrieve, analyze and interpret the file histories of patents and patent applications for different geographies
• To prepare patent landscapes for each project
• To assist in IP in turn development strategy for each project
• To assist in Patent drafting, filing and prosecution procedures
• Tracking patents, approvals, filings and litigations etc.,
• To assist in drafting and responding to customer queries
• To assist in drafting and responding to regulatory queries
