Job summary

Essar Steel Pune is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee production shifts, drive maximum throughput, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across the plant.

You will coordinate with multiple departments, analyze shift performance metrics, implement process improvements to reduce costs, and collaborate with management to achieve strategic objectives while mentoring frontline teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
