Job summary

UPL is seeking a Salesforce QA tester to design, develop, and execute test plans for our Salesforce applications. You will conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across Salesforce modules including opportunities and order management.

You will validate Apex, Aura, and LWC customizations, coordinate with developers and business analysts, and ensure data integrity during migrations and integrations with SAP and REST APIs.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across Salesforce modules.
• Validate customizations and configurations built using Apex, Aura, and LWC.
• Integrations with SAP, Azure middleware, and REST APIs.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect management tools.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and industry standards for security, performance, and reliability.
• Participate in release cycles, environment refreshes, and smoke testing post-deployment.
