Key Responsibilities:
Key Account Management:
- Account Management: Develop and manage relationships with key modern trade customers, including leading retail chains and supermarkets. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new modern trade customers.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by executing brand strategies in the modern trade channel. Plan and execute in-store promotions, activations, and sampling activities to drive sales and brand visibility.
- Category Management: Work closely with the category and merchandising teams to ensure optimal product visibility and placement across stores. Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to align on strategies and ensure smooth execution of operations.
- Negotiation: Negotiate annual agreements, including margins, product listings, and trade spends with modern trade partners. Ensure favorable terms that support business objectives.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure consistent product availability and minimize stockouts or overstocking. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely deliveries.
- Data & Reporting: Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and generate actionable insights to improve sales performance. Prepare regular reports for senior management and adjust strategies based on data analysis.

Experience:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in key account management within the FMCG industry, (preferably with experience in frozen or meat processing companies) with a focus on modern trade.
- Understanding of the frozen or meat processing market and consumer trends is an added advantage.
- Ability to analyze data, develop insights, and present actionable recommendations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
