• Layout preparation and design review with customers (internal and external).
• Mechanical and electrical design interface and design optimisation for 765 kV products.
• Team development for 765 kV products and interface with suppliers.
• To design and develop a cost optimised product easy to manufacture.
• Meet budgeted financial parameters and customer satisfaction.
• Optimise for future market share.
• Reporting customer document approval status and issues and corrective action taken.
• Reporting design related issues in manufacturing, site services and corrective action taken.
• Discussion on critical decisions related to customer and financial matters.
• Design and development plan discussion.
