About the Role

Brigade Group is seeking a dynamic and creative communications professional to support the organization's internal and external communication initiatives. The role requires strong content creation, storytelling, media communication, and research capabilities to enhance the company's brand image and stakeholder engagement. The incumbent will be responsible for developing impactful communication materials, managing PR-related activities, leveraging AI-enabled content tools, and ensuring consistent messaging across communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development & Corporate Communication

• Create engaging and high-quality content for internal and external communication platforms.
• Draft creative copy for corporate announcements, campaigns, leadership messaging, and marketing initiatives.
• Develop newsletters, articles, brochures, booklets, presentations, and communication collaterals.
• Assist in preparing speeches, talking points, keynote addresses, and leadership communication materials.

Public Relations & Media Communication

• Draft and coordinate press releases, media notes, fact sheets, and company announcements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with media agencies and external communication partners.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare media tracking reports and communication summaries.
• Support PR campaigns, corporate events, leadership interactions, and brand-building initiatives.

Internal Communication

• Develop and execute internal communication campaigns to enhance employee engagement and culture.
• Prepare communication content for employee events, town halls, recognition programs, and organizational updates.
• Ensure communication is aligned with the organization's values, vision, and employer branding objectives.

Research & Strategic Communication

• Conduct industry, market, and competitor research to identify communication opportunities and trends.
• Track emerging communication practices, digital engagement strategies, and media trends.
• Support development of communication strategies through data-driven insights and research findings.

AI-Enabled Content Creation

• Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance content development, communication efficiency, and creative ideation.
• Explore innovative approaches to storytelling, content personalization, and communication analytics.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance in AI-assisted content outputs.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong content writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
