Role & responsibilities
Logistic arrangements for Founder:
- Creating, Maintaining and executing the checklist- every day appointments, functions, Meetings, remainders.
- Transcribing from dictation Medical certificates, SMS, E-Mail.
- Organizing travel itinerary and update the schedule in the WhatsApp group.
- Making travel arrangements including tickets bookings, travel kit arrangements, op list, medicines.
- Documentation
- Coordinating with Chennai OP staffs for our Chennai OP.
Office maintenance
- Maintaining the ambience
- Maintaining the hospitality for guests
- Refreshments arrangements
- Meeting arrangements
- Performs deal of administrative duties
- Act as a first point of contact between managers internal and external client via phone calls and other methods.
- Maintaining all the proposals and documents of Founders office
- Monitoring the performance of housekeeping person
- Maintaining the outlets of care factory and its accounts.
- Co coordinating with the pharmacy company if needed arise.
- And other arrangements based on time being.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the principle and practice of health care
- Knowledge of computers and Typing
- Knowledge on Tamil and good fluency on English.
Skill:
- Communication Skills
- Skill in Interpersonal relationship
- Skill in establishing working relationship with departments
- Ability to Speak in tamil and English with written and spoken skills
- Good Knowledge of computers MS office and Typing
- Knowledge on Tamil (speak) and good fluency on English (spoken and written).
- Ability to find faults and initiate corrections to the same.
