Job description
Job RoleTo achieve the sales targets by engaging with the customers and assisting them to choose the jewelry and completing the sales transaction in line with the Company SOP.
  • Responsible to achieve the individual sales target and executing the company’s strategies to enhance the store’s profit.
  • Receive the customer in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand their requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service, educate customers on benefits –Malabar Promises and product details to ensure customer delight in each sale.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the Manager for business improvement.
  • Report the sold stock to the section head for maintaining inventory; ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Generate customer leads and increase customer footfall.
  • Acquire knowledge in all sections of the store such as billing, cash, OMS, packing, etc.
  • Assist in BTL marketing.
