StayVista Private Limited in Mumbai is seeking an Executive - Sales (Event Operations) to lead end-to-end event execution, vendor coordination, and guest experiences. You will manage relationships with local vendors in Karjat, Lonavala, and Alibaug, negotiate rates, and ensure delivery within scope and budgets while supporting revenue growth.

Your Role

As an Executive at StayVista, you will be responsible for end-to-end event execution, vendor management, guest experience, last-minute event closures, revenue generation, and event inventory management. You will also coordinate with local vendors and multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery while managing multiple events simultaneously.

About You

• Scout, onboard, and maintain a strong network of local vendors across Karjat, Lonavala, and Alibaug for d cor, entertainment, F&B, bartending, transportation, and event activities.
• Negotiate competitive vendor rates while ensuring service quality, reliability, and timely delivery.
• Manage end-to-end on-ground event execution, coordinating with vendors, property teams, guests, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure events are delivered as per agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and budgets while resolving last-minute challenges.
• Manage event allocation and execution during team members leave to ensure operational continuity.
• Conduct guest meet-and-greets, provide on-ground support, collect feedback, and coordinate improvements with internal teams and vendors.
• Drive last-minute event bookings, upselling, and cross-selling to generate incremental revenue and improve property utilization.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to convert on-ground event opportunities into confirmed bookings.
• Monitor and manage CAPEX and event inventory across regions, ensuring proper utilization, upkeep, movement, and availability.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and flag asset damage, shortages, maintenance, and replacement requirements.
• Monitor attendance, deployment, productivity, and utilization of event service vendors hired on payroll.
• Bring prior experience in event execution, event operations, hospitality, or vendor management, preferably with a strong local vendor network.
• Demonstrate strong coordination, negotiation, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Be willing to travel across Karjat, Lonavala, and Alibaug as required.
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.
