Responsibilities

• Minimum 5 years experience


• Should have experience in pre contract work


• Floating tenders to technically and commercially competent parties, preparation of comparative statement, and evaluation of strengths and weaknesses of various parties for the finalization of sub-contract


• Preparation of sub-contract agreements and award of sub-contracts to the most suitable, client approved sub-contractor.


• Knowledge of Prepare Bill of quantities (BOQ)


• Should be proficient in CAD, Cost-X (qty take off tools)


• Development of Project Budget, BOQ from drawings and tenders, liaising with Client


• Plan the tasks well and discuss with team leaders regularly


• Ensure high quality service delivery on every task in allocated time.


• Ensure compliance with our internal processes and procedures and documentation standards. Understand and adopt the Client / project specific procedures.
