Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes.
• Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects and issues.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures and results.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Proficient in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP) and frameworks.
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) for test script development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
