Job summary

Pfizer Goa is hiring an Executive – Quality Assurance for B Pharm/M.Pharm graduates to ensure product safety, compliance, and quality systems at the Goa manufacturing site.

You will review clinical and commercial drug batches, perform in-process quality checks, and support deviations, CAPA, change controls, and batch record reviews.

Job Role & Responsibilities

As an Executive in Quality Assurance, your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing production batch records and ensuring adherence to Pfizer policies and cGMP standards.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B Pharm/M.Pharm).
• Experience:
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance or related fields.
  • Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and GxP systems.
• Skills Required:
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration across departments.
  • Ability to manage deviations, root cause analysis, change control, and batch record review.
  • ERP system experience is an added advantage.
