Piramal Pharma Solutions in India (Tamil Nadu) is seeking an Executive-QC to ensure SAP-based clearance of materials, in-process samples, intermediates and finished products. The role requires strict adherence to cGMP norms and accurate documentation within the QC function.

The candidate should have M.Sc. in Chemistry with 1–3 years of relevant experience, and will be responsible for maintaining stock registers, preparing materials for dispatch, and coordinating with QA to release products while

Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Chemistry required.
• 1–3 years experience in QC/analytical environment preferred.
• Experience with SAP-based release/clearance processes is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Clear raw materials, in-process samples, intermediates and finished products in SAP online.
• Maintain cGMP compliance and safety rules in the factory.
• Keep stock register up to date for labels and chemicals.
• Create PRs for QC materials and maintain chemical stock.
• Prepare labels as per dispatch requirements.
• Coordinate with QA for product release and ensure SOP-compliant records.
• Maintain laboratory systems per regulatory requirements.

Job Description

Responsible for clearing the Raw materials, In-Process samples, Intermediates and Finished products in SAP online.

Responsibilities

• Strict adherence to cGMP norms and safety rules of the factory.
• Maintaining the documents relating to SAP clearance activities.
• Up keeping the stock register for label.
• Creating the PR for materials required for QC function.
• Maintaining the stock of chemicals and consumables.
• Preparing the approved labels as per dispatch requirements.
• Sending the customer requirement samples, as per marketing requirement.
• Coordinating with Quality Assurance department in releasing the products.
• All records and documents should be maintaining as per SOP.
• Maintaining laboratory systems as per the regulatory requirements.
