Job summary

Qualifications

• Responsible for SAP online clearance of Raw materials, In-Process samples, Intermediates and Finished products.
• Follow cGMP norms and factory safety rules.
• Maintain stock register for labels and prepare purchase requests for QC materials.

Job Description

Responsible for clearing the Raw materials, In-Process samples, Intermediates and Finished products in SAP online.

Responsibilities:

Strict adherence to cGMP norms and safety rules of the factory. Maintaining the documents relating to SAP clearance activities. Up keeping the stock register for label. Creating the PR for materials required for QC function. Maintaining the stock of chemicals and consumables. Preparing the approved labels as per dispatch requirements. Sending the customer requirement samples, as per marketing requirement. Coordinating with Quality Assurance department in releasing the products. All records and documents should be maintaining as per SOP. Maintaining laboratory systems as per the regulatory requirements.
