Job summary

Zentiva Poland is seeking an Executive – Production in Ankleshwar, Gujarat. The role requires a Diploma in Pharmacy or a Diploma in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering with 6–8 years of pharma experience in primary and secondary packing and exposure to granulation, compression, and coating.

You will implement monthly production schedules, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, and lead a team including contractual staff and operators.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmacy or Diploma in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering from a reputed university
• 6–8 years in the pharmaceutical industry focusing on primary and secondary packing
• Exposure to manufacturing processes such as granulation, compression, and coating
• Experience with SAP-related activities and production planning processes
• Ability to lead a team including contractual staff and operators in assigned shifts
• Familiarity with ISO 14001, GQS, and HSE guidelines and documentation
• Knowledge of GMP, data integrity, and process improvements in pharma manufacturing
• Willingness to perform cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Purchase, Quality, Packaging departments

Responsibilities

• Implement a monthly production schedule with consistent quality and regulatory compliance
• Perform production activities in assigned areas to achieve 100% customer service
• Conduct SAP-related activities and documentation
• Lead and manage a team of contractual staff, FTCs and operators across shifts
• Coordinate with Engineering for maintenance, and with Purchase/Quality/Packaging for materials and quality release
• Provide training on GMP, Data Integrity, HSE, ISO requirements and process improvements
• Identify unsafe conditions and drive process improvements to improve yield and efficiency
• Carry out qualifications, validations, and other tasks as directed by dept. head
