Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking an Executive / Assistant Manager Production for a German-based MNC manufacturing electronics, based in Bavla, Gujarat. The role requires 3–8 years of experience in electronics production and BE Electronics.

You will oversee panel assembly, wiring, SMD PCB assembly, drives/PLC, testing and repair, and will apply Lean management principles to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of panel assembly, wiring and SMD PCB assembly.
• Experience with drives and PLC systems.
• Testing and repairing panels/PCBs/products; troubleshooting; basic computer skills.
• Analytical approach with knowledge of Lean management.
