Job summary

Aparajitha Corporate Services (P) Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Associate to handle EPF, ESI and PT statutory compliances with accuracy and timely deliverables. You will generate TIC/IP/UAN on government portals, and prepare challans for clients.

Additional responsibilities include resolving client queries, wage component analysis, and involvement in new client implementation and pilot batch activities to ensure smooth deployment.

Qualifications

• Any degree; English medium preferable.
• MS Office with Excel knowledge.
• Quick thinking and ability to learn.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work on flexible hours.
• Will help handle recurring statutory inputs with accurate validations to support timely financial transactions and growth.

Responsibilities

• Handle EPF, ESI & PT statutory compliances as per scope of services.
• Generate TIC/IP/UAN in Government portal.
• Generate EPF, ESI & PT challans for less complicated clients.
• Resolve client queries by liaising with client SPOC.
• Knowledge on wage component analysis.
• Participate in new client implementation and pilot batch during deployment.
