Job summary

MyOperator is hiring an Operations Executive to own backend operations at a fast-growing AI CPaaS company in Noida. You will coordinate with telecom operators, manage assets, and drive process improvements using AI tools.

This individual-contributor role requires 2–3 years in operations and strong vendor coordination, with a hands-on approach to ticketing platforms and regulatory docs. A no-code platform mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in operations, vendor management or infra/telecom coordination.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
• Hands-on with at least one ticketing platform (Zoho/Jira) and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own coordination with telecom operators and data center partners end-to-end, including SLA tracking.
• Assist in vendor management, invoice reconciliation and asset tracking.
• Manage inventory lifecycle from procurement to deployment to termination.
• Maintain ticket queue health and ensure closures within SLA.
• Triage L1 infra/telecom issues independently with guidance.
• Support regulatory/compliance documentation and audits.
• Support day-to-day backend operations and cross-team collaboration.

Role Overview: We're hiring an Operations Executive to own backend operations at a fast-growing AI CPaaS company. This is an individual-contributor role with direct ownership of vendor coordination, ticketing resolution, asset tracking, and AI-tool-driven process improvement.

Core Ownership:

• Own coordination with telecom operators and data center partners end-to-end, including SLA tracking and escalation
• Assist in vendor management, invoice reconciliation and asset tracking
• Own inventory count and lifecycle management — procurement to deployment to termination
• Own ticket queue health — closure within defined SLA, and correct categorization
• Independently triage L1 infrastructure/telecom issues before handling
• Support regulatory and compliance documentation as per the company's compliance scope
• Support basic troubleshooting of assets and infrastructure (with guidance)
• Support admin and day-to-day backend operations
• Support cross-team coordination during audits, procurement cycles, or incident response
• 6-day workweek, roster-based, including occasional Sundays
• Occasional travel to data centers across India
• Fast-paced startup environment with real ownership from day one
• Location: Noida, Sector 2, Work-from-office

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in operations, vendor management, or infra/telecom coordination
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Hands-on experience with at least one ticketing platform, e.g. Zoho, Jira or similar
• AI-tool fluency — actively uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or AI features) for documentation, triage, or process automation
• Proficient in MS Excel & Word
• Willing to learn technical and operational systems
• Comfortable handling regulatory/compliance documentation and process adherence

Preferred (Good-to-Have):

• Prior exposure to telecom, data center, or infrastructure operations specifically
• BBA/B.Com background
• Experience working in a SaaS or tech-first company
