Job summary

Bewakoof.com in Bengaluru is seeking an MIS Analyst to manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports, drawing insights for sales, operations, and procurement. You will handle POs/PRs in SAP/Uni-commerce, update GRN data daily, and coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and finance on reconciliations and payments.

The role requires MS Excel proficiency and the ability to derive meaningful insights from reports to support business decisions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with actionable insights.
• Process purchase orders and purchase requisitions in SAP/Uni-commerce for all vendors.
• Update GRN data in the report on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with vendors on ASN, account reconciliations, and payments.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse team to align ASNs and GRNs.
• Partner with Finance for payments and ledger reconciliation activities.
• Prepare additional MIS reports as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports, drawing insights from the data.
• Handle purchase orders (PO) and purchase requisitions (PR) within the SAP/Uni-commerce system for all vendors.
• Update Goods Receipt Note (GRN) data in the report daily.
• Collaborate with vendors on Advance Shipping Notices (ASN), account reconciliations, and payments.
• Work with the Warehouse team to align ASNs and GRNs.
• Partner with the Finance team for payments and ledger reconciliation activities.
• Prepare additional MIS reports as needed.

Must Haves:

• Prior experience in a Management Information System (MIS) role within sales, operations, or procurement.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to derive meaningful insights from reports.
