Job summary

Orient Jewellers is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central AL Developer to implement extensions, reports, and integrations. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on AL programming and experience with RDLC/RDL report development.

You will design and customize BC components, work with REST APIs, OData, SOAP, and JSON, and collaborate with functional consultants and business users to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in AL development for Dynamics 365 BC.
• Experience in BC extensions, reports, APIs and custom business processes.
• Proficient in RDLC/RDL report development.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop BC extensions using AL Language.
• Develop and customize Pages, Tables, Extensions, Reports, XML Ports, Queries, Code units, and Enums.
• Design and develop RDLC/RDL reports, including Sales Invoice, Purchase Order, Transfer Order, Production Reports, Custom Reports.
• Develop Report Extensions and optimize datasets.
• Integrate BC with third-party apps using REST APIs, OData, SOAP, and JSON.
• Develop event subscribers and follow BC best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform code reviews, and optimize performance.
• Deploy and maintain BC extensions.
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants and Business Users to gather requirements.
