Job summary

Jubilant Ingrevia Limited in Gajraula (UP) is seeking a Chemist (A2) in IPQC to sample and analyse raw materials, in-process intermediates and finished products in shifts.

The role requires an M.Sc. and 3–5 years in QC/IPQC (organic/analytical), hands-on knowledge of HPLC, GC, KF, pH meter, UV, IR, good GMP/GLP understanding, and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. with 3-5 years in QC/IPQC (Organic/Analytical).
• Knowledge of analytical techniques and instruments (HPLC, GC, KF, pH meter, UV, IR).
• Understanding of GMP, GLP, and regulatory standards.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Sampling and analysis of raw materials, in-process Intermediates and finished products samples in shifts.
• Release of in-process and intermediates for further process in shifts.
• Preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions and reagents.
• Calibrating instruments as per schedule and standard procedure.
• Maintaining zero effluent discharge in lab and ensuring samples analyzed are recycled.
• Keeping adequate inventory of all chemicals, cylinders and spares.
• Control sampling cost within Budget.
• Good housekeeping, 5S and data maintenance.

Job Summary:

• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work in shifts
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP/LIMS preferred).
• Experience: M.Sc. with 3 - 5 years in QC / IPQC (Organic / Analytical).
