Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Import Export Executive with experience in handling air and sea shipments. The role involves managing end-to-end documentation, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and compliant execution of shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Shipment Management: Handle air/sea import & export shipments, including HBL, MBL, SI submission (imports), and preparation/system updates in LogiSys (exports).
• Client Communication: Share shipment updates, documents, and resolve client queries while maintaining strong relationships.
• Coordination & Documentation: Liaise with CHA, shipping lines, transporters, and vendors; manage IGMs, manifests, and other compliance documents.
• Billing & Finance: Issue billing instructions, share invoices with clients, and coordinate with Accounts for timely payments.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate (preferably in Logistics/Commerce/International Trade).
• 24 years of experience in freight forwarding/import-export operations.
• Good knowledge of shipping documentation, customs processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with LogiSys preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
