Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across roles. Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment cycles with a focus on timely and quality hiring. Proficient in using candidate tracking systems and recruitment tools to maintain accurate hiring pipelines. Ability to analyze hiring requirements and align sourcing strategies with business and workforce needs. Experience in handling recruitment operations with attention to process consistency, compliance, and documentation.
