Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across sourcing, screening, coordination, and closure of positions. Strong capability in candidate sourcing through multiple channels to build quality talent pipelines. Skilled in stakeholder management to align hiring needs, priorities, and process expectations effectively. Hands-on experience in managing Excel trackers for recruitment reporting, pipeline tracking, and status updates. Ability to support hiring operations with accuracy, process discipline, and timely execution across recruitment workflows.
