Job summary

EY is seeking an Assistant Manager-Operations-HR-CBS for the Talent Consulting team in Mumbai. You will partner with business leaders to deliver strategic talent solutions, including analytics, surveys, and HR programs aligned with EY's EVP and business strategy.

You will work across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Mobility, Compensation, and HR Systems to enable business success and deliver an exceptional EY experience for employees across client departments in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• MBA qualification as a base requirement.
• Master of Arts in Psychology or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and managing talent initiatives and employee surveys with measurable outcomes; analyze employee data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and drive HR programs through HRBPs and coordinate execution at the Service Line level.
• Create business-aligned people strategies and leverage technology and data-driven methods to improve HR process efficiency and initiative effectiveness.
