Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Strong understanding of HR operations with hands-on experience in attrition management and exit processes. Proficient in performance management processes, including review cycles and support for employee development initiatives. Ability to partner with business teams as an HR business partner to support day-to-day workforce and people management needs. Experience in driving employee engagement activities and maintaining effective employee lifecycle support. Skilled in managing HR enablement tasks with a focus on process consistency, documentation, and operational efficiency.
