We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper I to join our team at Marriott International. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and housekeeping, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the needs of guests and staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Train and mentor new hires, providing guidance on best practices and company standards.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications is an asset.
- Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
