Overview

Key accountability to support internal accounting and reporting processes.

Accurately manage accounting operations process processes as per guidelines and compliance within agreed SLA

Utilize custom and ad hoc reports to assist other teams.

Ensure strong, clear process documentation is in place and utilized

Shift timing for this role is: 11am to 8 pm

Key Accountabilities
Operation Management
  • Audit & approve the coupons before it is circulated in the market.
  • Post journal entries, Perform Reconciliation during month end.
  • Submit Month end Tracker on timely basis.
  • Deliver accountability and ownership on assigned task & maintain above 98% of Service metrics.
  • Interact with Global Stakeholders Weekly or monthly basis.
  • Process Documentation
  • Gain business knowledge on the process & maintain strong control over the process.
  • Accurately process task / processes as per the guidelines and compliance within agreed SLA
  • Ensure strong, clear process documentation is in place and updated periodically.
  • Resolve issues in day-to-day operations. Forge relationships with the Analyst business community to ensure smooth day to day functioning.
  • Adherence to all audit control requirements and SOX requirements
  • Cross Training & backup for other accounting process
Knowledge management & continuous improvement
  • Drive Continuous improvement within process and deliver HMM
  • Support process efficiencies through expertise and knowledge, benefitting the team or the process.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education:must have Full-time graduation from an accredited university.
  • Experience:Minimum years of experience required: ~2 years
  • Technical Skills:nice to have QAD & SAP knowledge, Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Soft Skills:Good in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, adaptability, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Good understanding of accounting transactions, journal entries.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) cycle
