Job summary

Wexford Laboratories in India seeks an experienced professional in pharmaceutical formulation development to lead advanced projects across oral solids, liquids, topical, and sterile dosage forms.

The candidate should hold B.Pharm or M.Pharm with Pharmaceutics specialization and bring 25 years of hands-on experience in formulation development, QbD, GMP/GLP, and documentation practices. Strong analytical and coordination skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master's in Pharmacy (M.Pharm; Pharmaceutics preferred) is required.
• Specialization in Pharmaceutics, Industrial Pharmacy, or related field is preferred.
• 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation development.
• Exposure to oral solids, liquids, topical, or sterile product development is preferred.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of QbD, GMP, GLP, and documentation practices.
• Basic knowledge of scale-up, stability studies, and technology transfer.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and development documentation systems.
