  • Experience working with financial systems, data and operational processes, including identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and functions.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach, including the ability to identify issues, investigate root causes and implement practical improvements.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will support the Foundation's financial operations, ensuring payments and financial processes are delivered accurately and efficiently.
  • Work across programmes and stakeholders to maintain effective controls and contribute to system/process improvements.
  • Partner with Finance, Foundation and external providers to support programme delivery.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the Foundation's financial operations, ensuring payments, financial processes and operational activities are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with governance requirements. Working across a range of programmes and stakeholders, you will help maintain effective controls, manage financial administration and contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes. You will also partner with colleagues across Finance, Foundation, and external providers to support the effective delivery of our programmes.
