Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Experience in a Payment gateway/payments ecosystem is a plus.
• Knowledge of taxation and P&L review processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate with large teams; ensure timely revenue close and balance sheet consolidation.
• Perform monthly revenue analyses and assurance activities.
• Review monthly P&L, prepare variance analyses and supporting decks.
• Support tax compliance for direct and indirect taxes; assist audits as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to drive process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and key control activities.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Experience in managing and working with bigger team
• Excellent analytical skills, motivated, hardworking, and self-driven leader
• Ability to interact with stakeholders internal and external is essential
• Explore automation on all the areas worked.
• Understand the unit economics of the business and provide insights
• Month close reporting of Revenue, handling revenue assurance function.
• Review of monthly P&L – review decks, strong variance analysis capabilities
• Drive Monthly Balance Sheet closing and consolidation.
• Knowledge of direct and indirect taxation
• Proficiency and knowledge in SAP HANA (Mandatory)
• Assist with process implementations, preparation, and adherence to key control activities.
• Timely closure of audits relating to areas handled.
• To work closely with various stakeholders and business partners
• Independent decision-making
• Very high standards of integrity and work ethics

Mandatory Qualifications -

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or related fields; additional qualifications in project management or business management are advantageous
• 3-4 years of working experience in the field of Accounts Receivable.
• Similar working experience in a Payment gateway/aggregator is a plus.
