• Promote GMP across all manufacturing blocks within the facility.
• Address GMP/GLP/safety training requirements and ensure compliance.
• Perform breakdown maintenance and ensure uninterrupted telecom services.
• Maintain DG sets through preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Develop training schedules for electricians and helpers with on-the-job learning.
• Ensure safe work practices and high housekeeping standards on shop floors.
• Plan, attend, and manage all shutdown maintenance activities for timely completion.

• Oversee and ensure smooth electrical operations during assigned shifts, maintaining system reliability and efficiency.

• Effectively utilize manpower and manufacturing facilities to ensure seamless execution of engineering activities.
• Promote and harmonize Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across all manufacturing blocks within the facility.
• Address current training requirements related to GMP, GLP, safety, hygiene, job-specific applications, and ensure compliance.
• Perform breakdown maintenance and ensure uninterrupted telecommunication services.
• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of DG sets to guarantee operational readiness.
• Develop and implement training schedules for electricians and helpers, focusing on practical, on-the-job learning.
• Ensure adherence to safe work practices and maintain high standards of housekeeping on shop floors.
• Plan, attend, and take responsibility for all shutdown maintenance activities to ensure timely and efficient completion.
