Role Description

The Executive – Drug Product Formulation Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves designing and developing drug formulations, optimizing processes for stability and efficacy, and supporting scale-up and technology transfer activities. The executive collaborates with R&D, quality, and manufacturing teams to plan experiments, analyze data, and document findings in accordance with regulatory and internal standards. Daily responsibilities include conducting pre-formulation studies, preparing technical reports, supporting market and competitive assessments for new formulations, and communicating project updates to stakeholders. The role also requires adherence to safety guidelines, participation in cross-functional meetings, and contribution to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Research and Development (R&D) capabilities, including formulation development and experimental design.


• Candidates should possess Market Research and Analytical Skills to evaluate product opportunities, interpret data, and support decision-making.
