Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end Global Audit Confirmations business, delivering confirmation and verification services to authorized third parties.
• Oversee the State Agency Data Match program, establishing governance, standards, and performance management.
• Ensure business resiliency and continuity of service across internal and supplier-supported processes.
• Monitor performance, drive issue resolution, remediation, and contingency planning.
• Lead a customer-centric, controlled operation with clear KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensure workforce readiness through capacity planning, shift strategies, and proactive communications.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, cost, colleague engagement, and controls.
• Maintain a strong risk and controls environment, ensuring audit readiness and compliant disclosures.
• Drive strategic evolution through automation, AI, and agentic operating models.
• Partner with Product and Technology to modernize platforms and deliver scalable solutions.
• Build and develop an inclusive leadership bench, set goals, measure outcomes, and enable succession planning.
