Job summary

Connexio is seeking a senior leader for asset management in Gurgaon with extensive experience in real estate portfolios and board-level reporting. The role focuses on strategic asset leadership, portfolio optimization, and capital planning to drive value.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in real estate/asset management, strong financial modelling, and a track record of presenting to Boards and investors. Knowledge of Indian real estate law and regulatory frameworks is essential.

Qualifications

• MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent postgraduate qualification with 15+ years in real estate, retail, or institutional asset management.
• Proven experience leading large-scale retail/commercial real estate portfolios (5 million+ sqft) with P&L ownership and board reporting.
• Deep expertise in financial modelling, valuation, capital planning and investment decision-making.
• Experience presenting to Boards, investors, and institutional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Indian real estate law, SEBI REIT regulations, Ind AS and FEMA; retail compliance.

1. MBA / CA / CFA or equivalent postgraduate qualification, with 15+ years of post-graduate experience in real estate,retail, or institutional asset management, including a demonstrated track record in senior leadership roles.
2. Proven experience leading large-scale retail / commercial real estate portfolios (5 million+ sqft.) with full P&Lownership and Board-level reporting responsibility.
3. Deep expertise in financial modelling, valuation, capital planning and investment decision-making, with
4. experience presenting to Boards, investors, and institutional stakeholders.
5. Working knowledge of Indian real estate law, SEBI REIT regulations, Ind AS and FEMA, plus retail-specific compliance (fire NOCs, trade licences, local body approvals).
