Job summary

You will participate in brainstorming sessions, craft visual concepts, and help shape creative direction for diverse clients.

The role emphasizes learning beyond core design, including photography, writing, illustration, and new technologies.

• Develop, communicate, execute, and amend design ideas based on a brief following brand languages.

• Provide creative support for visual presentations and ad-hoc requests while maintaining design standards.

• Understand client brands and keep up with competitive activity.

Overview

1. Develop, communicate, execute, and amend design ideas based on a brief. Following brand languages and understanding how to create designs within rules. Use ideas and research to find design solutions.
2. Work on design, visualization and media development for different kinds of clients. Participate and brainstorm in creative meetings to understand requirements and advise with Creative Ideas.
3. Provide creative support for visual presentations and other ad-hoc requests. Understand and maintain design standards when executing all creative material.
4. Develop positive relationships with colleagues throughout the agency. Go beyond your area of core competence by building newer technology related skillsets.
5. Develop a thorough understanding of the client and their competitor brands - keep abreast of competitive client activity

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and juggle multiple projects at once.

3. Open to learning everyday not just digital design but other skills including photography, writing, illustration, etc.
