Job summary

MSL, Publicis Groupe’s Public Relations and Integrated Communications firm, Mumbai, seeks an experienced professional to support client programs, lead a mandate alongside senior and junior colleagues, and manage day-to-day client activities.

You will spearhead media and influencer outreach, participate in client meetings, assist in new business efforts, and mentor junior teammates while upholding a client-first, professional approach.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years’ Experience with some experience leading a mandate while working with senior and junior colleagues in a constructive manner.
• Understanding of how agency services, products, offerings contribute to client retention and growth.
• Articulate and represent and conduct yourself in a professional manner.
• Able to guide and mentor junior colleagues.
• Respectful of and tactful with co-workers and clients while demonstrating a team and client-first approach.
