Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking an Executive - Cybersecurity governance and risk manager to lead governance, reporting, and oversight for the data loss prevention program. You will translate technical control data into actionable insights that support informed decision-making across the organisation.

In this role you will analyse control performance, risk metrics, remediation outcomes, develop executive dashboards and KPIs, and coordinate policy reviews while driving continuous improvement in

Qualifications

• 4 - 6 years of experience in cybersecurity governance, information security, operational risk, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate technical metrics into business-focused insights and recommendations.
• Experience developing executive reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and risk or control performance metrics.
• Knowledge of data loss prevention, information protection, data governance, or related security controls.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence outcomes across business, risk, and technology teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials for senior management forums.
