EXL Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a healthcare quality auditor with nursing background to join our clinical operations team in India. The role focuses on auditing clinical cases, correlating lab results with treatments, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory policies.

You will work 40 hours per week, primarily in a night-shift aligned with project needs, and collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to deliver accurate reports on time while maintaining high

Formación

• Active State Nursing certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical/hospital experience.
• Clinical experience: 2–3 years; auditing: 1–2 years.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• 40 hours per week; full-time; shift 8:00 PM–5:00 PM IST.
• Reliable broadband internet and telecommuter policy adherence.

Responsabilidades

• Correlate lab results with clinical features and treatment.
• Take initiative in team development activities.
• Ensure timely sign-off from stakeholders at each stage.
• Maintain and update reports.
• Meet productivity and quality targets.
• Attend meetings and calls as required.

• Basic clinical knowledge on conditions, clinical presentation, signs/symptoms, investigation and management
• Taking initiatives and active participation in team developmental activities.
• Able to correlate the lab results with the clinical features and treatment.
• Strong personal and professional ethics
• Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills
• Must have strong analytical, problem-identification and process analysis skills with the ability to envision a solution from requirements
• Working within the timelines and getting necessary sign-off on each stages of work from stakeholders
• Maintenance and updating reports as required
• Must ensure meeting productivity and quality targets
• Must ensure availability for meeting/calls as required
• Work independently and as a team
• Liaison with the program/project manager as required
• Good team player & collaborative in approach
• Conduct all job functions and responsibilities in accordance with all company

Compliance, Information Security and Regulatory policies, procedures and programs

Qualifications

Qualification:

• Active State Nursing certification is Mandatory
• Coding experience is preferred (NOT mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical/hospital experience is mandatory

Experience:

• Clinical experience: Minimum 2-3 years

Clinical Auditing experience: Minimum 1-2 years

Communication Skill:

Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills

Working Hours:

40 hours per week as Full-time employee

Shift time: 8:00 PM IST - 5:00 PM IST(It might be changed based on project requirements)

Telecommuter/Internet requirements, if applicable:

High Speed internet connection at home, must be broadband

Must understand and adhere with telecommuter policy.
