The candidate should be analytical, proactive, and able to learn quickly while handling confidential information. You will support day-to-day operations, prepare presentations, conduct market research, track projects, assist in budgeting, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, HR, Operations,

Qualifications

• CA Fresher with interest in business strategy and leadership exposure, or MBA Fresher.
• Specializing in Finance / Strategy / Operations / Consulting.
• Strong academic background with internships or live projects preferred.
• Comfortable working directly with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support the CEO in day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership reviews.
• Conduct business analysis, market research, and competitor bench-marking.
• Track key projects, action items, and follow-ups across departments.
• Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing).
• Participate in leadership meetings and document MOMs and action points.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive – CEO Office to work closely with the CEO. The role offers strong exposure to business strategy, leadership decision-making, cross-functional coordination, and executive-level operations . The ideal candidate should have eagerness to learn, structured thought process and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the CEO in day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership reviews
• Conduct business analysis, market research, and competitor bench-marking
• Track key projects, action items, and follow-ups across departments
• Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing)
