Job summary

BioGenomics Limited in Puducherry, India invites applications for a Cell Biology - Executive. The role includes handling and maintaining cell lines, and executing in vitro bioassays such as ELISA and cell-based assays.

You will prepare SOPs and reports with good documentation practices, manage consumables inventory and procurement of reagents, and perform mammalian cell culture, revival and cryopreservation of cell lines. A sincere, enthusiastic work ethic is valued.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with cell culture and cell lines.
• Experience in in vitro bioassays such as ELISA and cell-based assays.
• Good documentation practices and SOP preparation.

Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain cell lines and mammalian cell culture.
• Execute in vitro bioassays including ELISA and cell-based assays.
• Prepare SOPs and reports with proper documentation.
• Maintain consumables inventory and timely procurement of reagents.
• Perform revival, subculture and cryopreservation of cell lines.
