Job summary

Torrent Pharmaceuticals in India seeks a qualified Analyst to develop and validate sensitive bioanalytical methods using LCMS/HPLC, and to independently conduct BA/BE sample analysis with accuracy. The candidate will maintain and calibrate instruments in aGDP/GLP governed lab, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

MSC/M.Pharm candidates with hands-on experience in bioanalysis are encouraged to apply; the role emphasizes strict adherence to SOPs, method validation, and quality systems

Qualifications

• Develop and validate sensitive bioanalytical methods using extractions (SPE, LLE) and quantitation (LCMS, HPLC).
• Conduct sample analysis for Bioavailability/Bioequivalence studies independently with accuracy.
• Operate, maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments following SOPs.
• Ensure GDP and GLP compliance in the laboratory and stay aligned with regulatory requirements.

Job description

Analyst:

• Experience in developing and validating sensitive and rugged bioanalytical methods by using different extractions (i.e. SPE, LLE etc.) and quantitation (i.e. LCMS, HPLC) techniques for analysis of drug substances


• Experience in conducting sample analysis of Bioavailability/Bioequivalence Studies independently with required accuracy.


• Experience in operation, maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments adhering to written instrument operation procedures.


• Ability to maintain GDP and GLP compliance in the laboratory.


• Know-how of current applicable regulatory requirements.
