The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organized, administrative, strategic, and technically astute Executive and Technical Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executives. This pivotal role demands a proactive individual with a strong business acumen, a background in the electronics and semiconductor industry, and proven experience working within a Founder's Office. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner directly with the C-suite in the development and execution of long-range strategic documents, meticulously aligning market insights with the company's overarching objectives.
- Executive Communications Management: Skilfully manage the C-Suite leader’s internal and external communications, including crafting impactful mailers, speeches, media interview talking points, and presentations, working in close collaboration with the PR and Communications team.
- Calendar and Travel Coordination: Efficiently coordinate and manage complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel logistics, and ensuring optimal time management.
- Meeting Management: Prepare and distribute comprehensive meeting agendas, meticulously record minutes, and track action items to ensure timely follow-up and accountability.
- Comprehensive Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support, including drafting professional correspondence, discreetly managing confidential information, and expertly handling diverse inquiries.
- Corporate Events Partnership: Collaborate closely with the events team to strategically plan, creatively design, and flawlessly execute company-wide town halls and other corporate events.
- Operational Efficiency Enhancement: Proactively identify and implement process improvements aimed at enhancing overall operational efficiency and achieving tangible cost reductions.
- Data Visualization and Reporting: Develop and manage insightful dashboards and reports utilizing relevant software and tools to provide clear visibility into key performance metrics.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA degree from a Tier 1 institutes.
- Proven experience/knowledge within the electronics and semiconductor industry is essential.
- Demonstrated experience working directly within a Founder's Office, providing high-level support.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost integrity.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is mandatory.
- Familiarity with dashboarding and reporting software and tools is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
