We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. The EA will play a critical role in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication, and enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities.
Role & responsibilities
- Administrative Support — Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Communication & Liaison — Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and respond to emails, memos, and communications on behalf of the executive.
- Coordinate with teams, clients, and partners to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Meeting & Event Coordination — Organize and prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for meetings.
- Assist in planning company events, workshops, and leadership meetings.
- Project & Task Management — Track progress on key projects and deadlines.
- Support strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with executive priorities.
- Office & Resource Management — Maintain organized filing systems (digital & physical).
- Manage expense reports, budgets, and vendor coordination.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Teams).
- Ability to work independently.
