Role & responsibilities
  • Administrative Support — Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Communication & Liaison — Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft and respond to emails, memos, and communications on behalf of the executive.
  • Coordinate with teams, clients, and partners to ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination — Organize and prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for meetings.
  • Assist in planning company events, workshops, and leadership meetings.
  • Project & Task Management — Track progress on key projects and deadlines.
  • Support strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with executive priorities.
  • Office & Resource Management — Maintain organized filing systems (digital & physical).
  • Manage expense reports, budgets, and vendor coordination.
